We can connect from our shop to your computer via the internet and troubleshoot your machine from desk to desk – anywhere in the world – from school, from work, or from the airport. This means that even if you’re on vacation and have access to an internet connection, we can help.

Once we have talked with you on the phone we can connect and you can watch us move your mouse as we work on your computer from either our Kalamazoo, MI or Three Rivers MI location.  You can ask questions while we work and actually see what is occurring while we fix your problem.
